this week, we had presented these tongue twisters to our friends. in my opinion, tougue twister is actually a good way to determined whether the students can pronounce the words correctly. as for me, it is a fun activity as i fell that it is funny when i try to struggle in saying the tongue twisters.

second week of semester 5

this week, we are required to prepare a 3 minute mime (non-verbal communication) of a situation that we choose ourselves. our group has decided to use the common issue nowadays in our country that is AH LONG (illegal money lender). in my opnion, doing a miming is not an easy task. it is useless if the viewers does not understand what we are doing. me myself is afraid that my group will have the difficulty to make the mime works.

5th january – 10th january 2009

this is the first week of semester 5. once again we are able to meet each other. the english lesson for this semester is english for language teachers. first of all, we are expose to basically what we are going to learn for this semester. from my experience, it will be a tough semester as our schedule are packed. furthermore our practicum is starting in march. the first task for the first week is preparing a dialogue with at least five language function. it is not too tough for us as our group decide to use our daily conversation for it. the issue is about the exam result that we just have receive also in this week.
